Successful Direct Field Acoustic Test Demonstration at Experior Laboratories featuring ARS and Quartus Engineering
Attendees were given a detailed walkthrough of all aspects of the ARS NEUTRON System, as well as an overview of the complete DFAN test process from simulation through testing and best practices for data collection. Following, a detailed review of the correlation between the simulation and measured responses was conducted. The event concluded with an interactive conversation and live Q&A with ARS and Quartus Engineering staff, and a tour of Experior Laboratories test facilities.
Roger Rutz
VP of Sales & Marketing
Experior Laboratories is proud to introduce its two new Testing Partners, Acoustic Research Systems and Quartus Engineering and we are excited to add Direct Field Acoustic Noise testing to our list of capabilities at our facility.
Eric Friedlander
CTO & Co-Founder
Acoustic Research Systems will demonstrate a system of six NEUTRON devices arrayed around a simple honeycomb panel acting as our DUT.
Robert Lawson
Senior Project Manager
Quartus Engineering will show predicted pre-test vibration responses of the honeycomb panel, as well as post-test comparisons between predictions and actual measured responses by ARS, utilizing standard NEUTRON calibrated sources, available exclusively in Dassault Systems’ wave6 vibroacoustic simulation software.
