Experior Laboratories provides state-of-the-art Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) facilities designed to support spacecraft, launch vehicle components, and mission-critical hardware requiring precision assembly, environmental verification, and pre-flight validation.

Experior Laboratories’ 11,000 square foot dynamics testing facility is an ISO8 / Class 100,000 compliant cleanroom, verified and monitored to operate within a temperature range of 71.6°F ± 5.4°F and humidity range of 45% ± 15%.

Purpose-Built AIT Environment

Our AIT facility was engineered to accommodate complex space and defense hardware from sub-assemblies to full flight structures.

Key capabilities include:
• High-Bay Work Areas: 35-ft ceilings with a 15-ton bridge crane for lifting and precise mechanical assembly
• Dedicated Clean Work Zones: For contamination-controlled integration activities
• Flexible Power & Data Infrastructure: To support spacecraft systems, avionics, and electronic subsystem testing
• Secure Access Control: DoD-compliant facility for classified or export-controlled projects (ITAR/EAR)

Integrated Testing Capabilities

Unlike typical assembly environments, Experior Labs integrates environmental and functional testing on site — eliminating costly transport and schedule delays.

Available test systems include:
• Vibration & Shock Testing: MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-901D, NASA, and SpaceX Rideshare qualification
•Thermal Vacuum (TVAC) Chambers: Systems for cryogenic and space environment simulation
•Dynamic Testing: Sine, random, SRS, and pyroshock campaigns
• Electrical Continuity & Functional Checkout: Per customer specification and flight readiness procedures
