Experior Laboratories, Inc and DNB Engineering, Inc. are partnering with the mutual goal of offering the most comprehensive overall service portfolio and generating substantial impact for strategic proposals. The partnership promises to provide a superior client experience to our customers within the Aerospace, Military, Automotive, Telecommunication, and Medical industries.
DNB Engineering Inc. is a world leader and recognized expert in Electromagnetic Compatibility certification testing with unique capabilities, including the latest requirements of HIRF (High Intensity Radiated Field) Testing.
We use the advanced system in our RF Reverberation Chambers to provide testing services in frequency ranges between 100MHz and 40GHz. With 30kW Pulsed Cavity Oscillators and 10kW Pulsed TWTA, our equipment provides Peak field strength level up to 25,000V/m. The average field strength level is up to 2,000V/m.
Custom-built Hardware and Software systems allow us to furnish fully automated Radiated Susceptibility testing services using the Mode Tuned Methods (RTCA DO-160 E, F MIL-STD-461) or Mode Stirred Methods (RTCA DO-160G).
Use of dedicated RF Amplifiers with output power up to 30,000W (Peak) allows us to perform system-level tests for very severe Radiated Field levels as required by RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-464, and the Army’s ADS-37A-PRF specification. EUT’s size can vary from the matchbox to firetruck. The RF Reverberation Chambers’ usable volume can facilitate entire Aircraft Flight Control Systems or Helicopter’s Cockpit Equipment for full Level A Flight Control Certification, tested with highest RTCA DO-160 Section 20 RS Categories G & L.
DNB Engineering Inc. is constantly working on the implementation of the newest test methods. We have a long list of clients we have performed system-level Radiated Emission tests using the Reverberation Chamber per RTCA DO-160G.
Our capabilities to perform Shielding Effectiveness Test for materials or equipment, using the Nested Reverberation Chamber method per SAE-ARP5583A specification and IEC 61000-4-21: EMC part 4.
Our control and measurement system capture real-time test data from all equipment involved in the testing process such as field monitoring antennas, fiber optic coupled field probes and forward power measurement system. We can integrate customer EUT control system to our RF Reverberation Chamber’s local area network allowing automated processing of test data acquisition. For customer convenience, we provide an Android-based device for test process monitoring, control, and video monitoring/recording system.
