Before beginning Experior Laboratories in 2003 Cartellieri was a product manager and senior design engineer for Rifocs Corporation specializing in fiber optics. He holds a masters in business administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a bachelors of science in electrical engineering from the University of Hanover, Germany.

Prior to joining Experior Laboratories in 2009, Roger Rutz was the West Coast Sales Manager for EXFO and Fiber Optic Applications Engineer at Rifocs Corporation.

Debbie brings nearly two decades of testing experience ranging from UL (Underwriters Laboratories) to NTS (National Technical Systems). While with UL, Debbie was involved within the Consumer Electronics, ITE/Telecom, Lighting, Medical, and Power Distribution industries. Debbie’s primary success with NTS was focused in the aerospace and space sectors. Debbie will utilize this solid understanding of testing challenges, combined with Experior Labs ever expanding capabilities, to assist customers meet their testing goals.

As the Engineering Manager for Fiber Optics at Experior Laboratories, Dr. David Cohen assumes technical leadership for testing of all fiber all fiber optic components in both telecom and military/aerospace applications.

Prior to joining Experior Labs, Dr. Cohen was the fiber optic scientist at Rifocs Corporation in charge of R&D. Later, as a founding member of the innovative startup nanoPrecison Products, Dr. Cohen established and managed their high precision technology and product development center where he obtained many years of metrology experience developing novel high precision metal fiber optic component prototypes.

Dr. Cohen has also published many peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, and patents in fiber-optic related fields. He holds a BS degree in Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

As Program Manager, Grace Beech is primarily responsible for oversight and schedule management of various key testing programs at Experior Laboratories. Working alongside customers to meet their needs, Grace utilizes her experience and technical expertise to mitigate risks and guide programs to a successful completion.

Grace joined Experior Laboratories in 2014. She previously worked as a Project Engineer for dynamics testing and has managed the vibration test lab. Prior to Experior, Grace worked as a weights engineer with Zodiac Aerospace’s business class seating segment and as a manufacturing engineer at TriSep Corporation. She holds a BSME from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Ryan has over 20+ years of experience working in various industries including aerospace, fiber optics and biotechnology.  He holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a MS degree in Quality Assurance from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
