Lab and Equipment

Experior Laboratories is a comprehensive testing facility that houses state-of-the-art equipment capable of performing a wide range of mechanical, environmental and material tests for fiber optic and electrical components. With all equipment, processes and personnel ISO-17025-certified, Experior is able to realize optimum efficiencies and provide customers with highly reliable and economical testing, design verification and qualification services.

Laboratories

Experior’s testing facility is organized into four lab sections: the optical lab, the electrical lab, the environmental lab and the calibration lab. The electrical and optical labs are temperature and humidity controlled, as well as separated from the environmental lab to ensure they are free from dust and debris.

Equipment

Experior leverages many of the newest pieces of equipment available in the industry to enable rapid set up, efficient operation and reliable results. Experior has the capability to conduct a wide range of tests for fiber optic components and electrical connectors. Below are brief descriptions for select test equipment.

Vibration Testing

Our vibration systems are able test small to large sized payloads. We are able perform various profiles such as SRS, gunfire, Sine on Random (SOR), Search and Dwell, etc.
